Fitness Level: Starter to Intermediate Our Hatha yoga class is a geared for the beginner exerciser. It includes basic postures and poses with relaxation techniques to develop balance, strength and flexibility. WHEN: Class A: Mondays, 4-5 PM Class B: Thursdays, 4-5 PM

Fitness Level: Starter to Intermediate This class is designed to provide workouts that include kickboxing, boot-camp, step aerobics or circuit training. Strength and stretching exercises will also be incorporated. WHEN: Monday & Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:15 pm
