The Northern Lights YMCA – Dickinson Center is pleased to announce a new Community Lease Partnership with CCI Systems of Iron Mountain, Michigan, and Stewart Manufacturing, LLC of Hermansville, Michigan.
The business lease partnership model was born out of the new lease agreement between the YMCA and Dickinson County, in which the YMCA agreed to take on increased maintenance and repair costs for the county-owned Crystal Lake Community Center building and all of its associated tenants. “This short-term business solution provides a fantastic opportunity for employees of CCI and Stewart Manufacturing to enhance their wellness while enjoying reduced membership pricing,” noted Dickinson Center Director Jonathan Ringel. “The leadership of both businesses expressed interest in expanding employee wellness opportunities for their staff while supporting the local YMCA organization.”
In exchange for their above-and-beyond financial support, these lease partners will have visual displays at the entrance to the YMCA. Additionally, their logos will appear on all future marketing pieces, and they will be offered a reduced membership rate in order for all their employees to enjoy health and wellness opportunities offered by the YMCA.
”We are thankful that these generous lease partners have stepped forward to help support the YMCA and our mission of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. With their support, we’ll be able to move forward with our plans for the eventual purchase of, and repairs and enhancements to the Community Center building,” noted Board Chair Mike Fornetti. “Everything the Y does is in service of making our community better.”
Thank you to Stewart Manufacturing and CCI Systems.
Together, we can create a better us. At the YMCA, we’ve been keeping Dickinson County strong since 2010.
