Youth Fitness Center Orientation Free for Members

AGES: 12-15.  To use the fitness center, all youth ages 12-15 are required to attend this class.  Parent must be present.

WHEN: Wednesdays at 5:30 or 6:30 PM or by appointment.

Personal Training

Looking for a new challenge, need some additional motivation, or just don’t know what you should do to reach your goals? Personal Training is a one-on-one service designed to help you specifically meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals. Request forms for all services are located at the Welcome Desk. Small Group Training Classes

Work out with a certified Personal Trainer in small groups of 2 to 5 members. Take part in customized training sessions that are fun and challenging. Cost includes a pre and post assessment. Get fit with your friends at an affordable price! Small group sessions meet for 55 minutes twice per week for 5 weeks (10 sessions). You pick your group, days, time, and your trainer! Fitness YOUR way!

Health Risk Appraisal Free for Members

As a FREE benefit of membership, The YMCA, with our partners at Dickinson County Healthcare System, are able to provide our members a personalized wellness service by offering Health Risk Appraisals. It includes blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose checks along with a personal report of your health profile. These events are conducted quarterly, and each member is eligible for one FREE HRA per year.

The final HRA of 2017 is scheduled for November 8. Call the YMCA Welcome desk to register.

Adult Fitness Center Orientation Free for Members

Free to all new members. Go over proper usage of the equipment as well as basic strength training principles and weight machine adjustments.  Each session lasts between 1-2 hours.

WHEN: Wednesdays at 5:30 or 6:30 PM or by appointment.

AGES: ADULTS (16 and up)
