Fitness Level: Starter, Intermediate to Advanced

Y fit is strength and conditioning program that describes itself as “constantly varied functional movements scaled to your fitness level” This program stands for functional intense training which combines aerobic exercise, body weight exercises, and Olympic weight lifting. Limit 15.


  • Class A: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30 – 10:15 am
  • Class B: Monday & Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm
  • Class C: Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 – 5:15pm
