SAULT TRIBE MEMBERS
Members of the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians can show their I.D. cards at the YMCA front desk to get access to our facility. Sault Tribe members receive basic membership to the YMCA along with the opportunity to participate in YMCA programs at the member rate.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Through a Y corporate partnership, companies can provide their employees with a wellness program, health education, and savings on a membership. All of which can improve morale, productivity, and recruitment ability, along with decreasing healthcare costs and absenteeism.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund is given if the YMCA cancels a class or an individual cancels at least three working days prior to class starting. A prorated refund or class credit will be given if the YMCA cancels a class during a session, or for personal medical reasons a person is unable to continue a class. Memberships are nonrefundable.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The YMCA is designed for everyone. The YMCA Financial Assistance Program uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay the regular membership or program fees are able to participate at the YMCA. If membership or program fees are a problem for you, call us. You may be eligible for reduced rates based on your income. Inquiries about the Financial Assistance Program are always welcome and can be made at the front desk.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

YOUTH USE GUIDELINES
Anyone 14 years or over may utilize, dry sauna and whirlpool at any time during normal business hours. Anyone 16 may utilize fitness center during normal business hours. Family times for the whirlpool are Saturday from 12 noon until close and all day Sunday, at which time children age 6 and over may enter with direct adult supervision.

CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS
Use of cell phones, cameras, and other electronic devices is prohibited in all locker room and restroom areas.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For safety and security reasons, the YMCA monitors participants in program spaces and hallways.

CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
If the YMCA cancels a class, a corresponding make-up class will be held or a credit or refund will be issued. Members or program participants who miss a class may attempt to “make up” that class (space permitting) in another class held during the same session. Making up classes or absences, weeks or months after the absence has occurred, will not be permitted.

SEX OFFENDER POLICY
The YMCA monitors the sexual offender registry. Persons found on the list will not be eligible for employment, volunteerism, membership, or participation in any capacity.
