Important Policies

YOUTH USE GUIDELINES
Anyone 14 years or over may utilize, dry sauna at any time during normal business hours. Anyone 16 and older may utilize fitness center during normal business hours.

All youth ages 12 – 15 are required to attend an orientation to utilize the fitness center. Once successfully completing the youth orientation and Parent / Child agreement 14 & 15 year olds may use the fitness center w/o parental supervision at all times. 12 & 13 year olds may use the fitness center with parent supervision or at below times without parental supervision. Tues, Thurs & Friday 3:30 to 5 PM.

CELL PHONES AND CAMERAS
Use of cell phones, cameras, and other electronic devices is prohibited in all locker room and restroom areas.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For safety and security reasons, the YMCA monitors participants in program spaces and hallways.

CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
If the YMCA cancels a class, a make-up class will be held or a credit will be issued. Members or program participants who miss a class may “make up” that class (space permitting) in another class held during the same session.

SEX OFFENDER POLICY
The YMCA monitors the sexual offender registry. Persons found on the list will not be eligible for employment, volunteerism, membership, or participation in any capacity.
