Make it Personal

YMCA Fitness Center

The Delta Program Center has a fitness center with Treadmills, Ellipticals, Machine Weights and Free Weights.

The fitness center is open to members and day pass holders ages 12 and up.  Ages 12 - 15 must abide by the policy below.

Personal Training

Fitness Level: Starter, Intermediate or Advanced

Need help meeting your health, wellness and fitness goals? Working out with a personal trainer has many benefits such as motivation, development of a program that fits your specific needs (including sport specific), nutritional guidance, cardiovascular training, and much more! Let the YMCA’s Personal Trainers make your personal fitness program a success!

Each training session is 55 minutes long.

Adult Fitness Assessments

Ages 18 and Up

Our Assessment will consist of a series of baseline tests to determine your overall fitness level. Muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance (aerobic), body composition, and your blood pressure will be measured by a YMCA Fitness Specialist. In addition, a short how-to in the fitness center will be available. Minimum age 18 years old.

Nutitional Coaching

Join a certified nutritionist or registered dietician for confidential, personalized, dietary program. Learn your ideal amount of caloric intake per day, maximum fat gram intake, or how to manage your cholesterol level.

All sessions are by appointment and last approximately one hour.

Worksite Wellness

The Northern Lights YMCA along with Hannahville Indian Community is proud to offer Worksite Wellness Programs to area businesses and organizations. The Northern Lights YMCA will provide a Needs Assessment, Weigh Out the Choices and Set Goals. There is a 90 day Implementation Period and then an Evaluation, all of which are absolutely FREE!!
