Loyalty Program members receive a five percent discount on
membership and earn the following rewards during the year:
Jan. 1 - Single Guest Day Pass
Feb. 1 - Week-long guest pass
March 1 - Family Day Pass
April 1 - Five dollar Y Bucks
May 1 - Single Guest Pass
June 1 - Five dollar Y Bucks
July 1 - Family Day Pass
Aug 1 - Five dollar Y Bucks
Sept. 1 -Single guest Day Pass
Oct. 1 - Five dollar Y Bucks
Nov. 1 - Family Day Pass
Dec. 1 - Five dollar Y Bucks
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The Loyalty Program is open to all paid YMCA memberships, except scholarships and Bay memberships. Check with YMCA staff to see if your membership is eligible. If you feel you should be enrolled in the program and are not, please see a Y staff member.
HOW DO I JOIN?
All active eligible memberships as of Dec. 31, 2022 earn automatic enrollment into the program. Following the automatic enrollment window, members must maintain active memberships in good standing for 12 consecutive months in order to enroll.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once enrolled in the Loyalty Program, you will receive a five percent discount on your monthly membership. That discount remains on your membership so long as your account remains active and in good standing. Those who already receive a discounted membership will not be eligible for the loyalty discount. On the first of each month a new monthly reward will be available. You must come to the Y to collect the rewards. They will not be sent out automatically.
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
All rewards and Y Bucks expire at the end of the current calendar year. If you cancel your membership, all rewards and Y Bucks are forfeited. Rewards and Y Bucks cannot be transferred to another membership.No rewards or Y Bucks can be redeemed if there is a balance owed on your YMCA account. There are no refunds or credits of accumulated rewards or Y Bucks.
WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY Y BUCKS?
Y Bucks can be redeemed for snacks, in-stock Y merchandise or used to toward program fees, except Little Sparks Child Care. Y Bucks cannot be applied toward membership or Annual Campaign donations.
IF I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD, WILL I LOSE MY REWARDS STATUS?
No. Memberships placed on hold will not lose rewards status.
