Bike to the Beat

Bike to the Beat is a cycling class for all abilities from the fast, recreational, to beginner. You’ll experience a full body workout, that’s fun and exciting and gets your heart rate pumping all to a great beat!

WHEN: Tuesdays 6:15-7 pm
COST PER SESSION: $15 Members; $30 General Public

Parkinson’s Cycling Free

We know that fast-paced cycling is changing the lives of increasing numbers of participants who, before this, had no hope beyond medication and eventually surgery to slow the progression of the disease. So PEDAL TO LIVE BETTER! This is not a cure and not meant to be one but can reduce the symptoms tremendously.

DAY: Tuesday & Thursdays
TIME: 11am – Noon
COST: Free

Saturday Cycling

Can’t make a cycling class during the week or just want an extra ride on the weekend? Join us for a Saturday morning ride.

WHEN: Saturdays 9:00AM – 9:45AM
COST: $15 Members, $30 General Public

Indoor Cycling

Low impact option when you want a high intensity workout. Great for all ages and skill levels. Set to rocking music, you are sure to break a sweat. Great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

WHEN: Monday & Wednesday OR Tuesday & Thursday
TIME: 5:15-6 pm
COST PER SESSION: $30 Members; $60 General Public

Rise & Shine Cycling

Jump start your day with an early morning heart pumping ride. It is a proven fact that cardio done early in the morning helps jump start your metabolism and has you feeling great the whole day!
