Stretching & Foam Rolling

RECOVERY AND STRETCHING! Foam Rolling is a form of Self-Myofascial Release, aka “poor man’s massage.” It increases blood flow throughout the body producing better movement and range of motion. Will help decrease the chance of injury and decrease recovery time after a workout. All done with a foam roller and infused with Yoga!

Triathlon Training

Is it your first Triathlon? Are you a seasoned Veteran?  Our experienced coaches will help you reach your goals and offer plenty of support. Everyone welcome!

Price includes four days a week training for three months April thru June.

If swimming is not your thing, train for the DUATHLON that will consist of a run, bike, run.
