Ready to 5K New

Summer is the perfect time to get moving. Having a goal will keep you motivated.  This will be a 10-week program beginning Summer Session 2 through Sept. 20.

Class will meet once per week and provide instructions to complete two more workouts on your own. An initial 15-minute consultation is included to gauge your level of fitness. This program will also combine introductory information on proper eating and other important support functions for any body on an exercise regimen.

Final assignment is to complete the Moochathon 5K in Iron Mountain on September 28. Race registration fee is included with this program.

Program is led by Wanda Hart- Certified Health Coach, Running Enthusiast and YMCA Wellness Coordinator.

Space is limited.  Max registration 10 participants.  Register at the Front Desk.
